ExCeL had a sales proposal problem. The sales team staff often worked in isolation, on different proposals, in different formats, and with conflicting information. The solution was to create a unified central sales proposals system for them.
The benefits of the new sales proposal system we built for ExCeL include the ability for templates to be used and shared amongst the whole team, a single resource for master content ensuring information is timely and accurate, brand consistency in every sales proposal, and the ability to share resources. The output is a responsive sales proposal that can be viewed at any resolution and on any device. Because its a digital (online) sales proposal, the sales team can also track when the proposals have been viewed by the client.
